Whether you're brand new to strength training or coming back with specific goals, this is a great way to train with intention and accountability — all from wherever you are.

1:1 Personal Training

1:1 Personal Training takes place in Manayunk at Emerge Fitness or is virtual from anywhere and is tailored to your individual needs. Sessions are 45–60 minutes long, where I coach you in person and guide you through a customized strength and movement program. You'll come in once or twice a week, depending on your preference.

This option is perfect for anyone who wants extra support with movement mechanics, needs help building confidence with exercises, or prefers hands-on coaching. It allows us to fine-tune your form, make real-time adjustments, and ensure your training is aligned with your goals and how your body feels.

One-Time Programming

This option is perfect for folks who don’t need long-term 1:1 coaching but want a solid training plan they can follow on their own.

What’s included:

  • A 1-hour call to discuss your training history, goals, and preferences

  • A fully customized 8–16 week program built just for you

This is a great fit if you're confident in the gym, prefer self-guided training, or want personalized programming without the ongoing coaching commitment. It’s also a more budget-friendly option compared to full 1:1 support.
