Why work with me?
Hi! I’m Sadie, a certified Strength Coach and Personal Trainer on a mission to bring movement and athletics to folks who’ve ever thought, “This just isn’t for me.”
I know how hard it can be to feel like you belong in fitness spaces — especially when you don’t “look the part” or move like the internet says you should. I’m here to change that.
I bridge the gap between accessible training and athletic intensity, helping you find movements that feel right for your body, while still encouraging you to work hard. Because needing to approach movement differently doesn’t mean you can’t train like an athlete.
Experience and Credentials:
Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science-Pre-Physical Therapy
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Certified Functional Strength Coach
In-person experience with small group and 1:1 training at an all-women’s gym
In-person experience with 1:1 clients of all ages and abilities at the YMCA
Internship experience working at a strength gym that trains middle school, high school, and semi-professional athletes
Volunteer experience working with disabled athletes virtually through the PA Center for Adapted Sports
